Payment for visitors can be made via EFTPOS at the Noorinan Street clubhouse. Please follow the payment instructions displayed at the club. Alternatively, and for KTC members, cash payments are made directly to the social tennis organiser on the day.

No formal registration is required for social tennis sessions. Simply arrive before the scheduled start time. If you are attending for the first time, introducing yourself to the organiser or other players is recommended.

Social tennis is open to a range of playing abilities. Some sessions cater to all standards, while others are designed for more experienced players. For example, the Wednesday afternoon Men's Social Tennis session is intended for Division 1-3 players.

Competition eligibility varies depending on the event. Please contact the club for information about joining interclub competitions and junior competitions.

Players should bring:

  • Sunscreen

If playing at the Noorinan Street courts and the clubhouse is open, the caretaker may have some racquets you can use and return. Players must bring their own racquet and tennis balls when playing at the Blowhole Courts.

Kiama Tennis Club operates:

  • Noorinan Street (Stead Reserve) courts
  • Blowhole Point courts, near the Kiama Visitor Information Centre
  • Some social sessions are specifically held at the Blowhole Point courts.

The schedule may occasionally change due to weather, tournaments, public holidays, maintenance, or special events. Please check the club's website or social media channels for updates.

There is no play during electrical storms or on wet slippery surfaces. If you're unsure whether play is proceeding, check the KTC Facebook page for updates or visit the courts. Tennis generally goes ahead in most weather conditions unless conditions are unsafe.
